Hi There! I'm Candice!

I am a Personal Wellness Coach with over 10 years of experience in weight loss, food, nutrition, and fitness. I hold a Masters in Nutrition, a Bachelors in Culinary and Food Service Management, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, I am currently in the process of becoming certified in Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching.


My passion for food, fitness, health, and nutrition drives me to constantly seek out new knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.


I was an athlete growing up, playing competitive soccer and basketball. I am also a trained chef and have had the opportunity to work in some amazing places. Lastly, I have a soft spot for animals, particularly dogs, and can't watch a movie if anything happens to them without shedding a tear!


I'm excited to help you achieve your wellness goals and look forward to working with you.


My Transformation

70+ lbs Lost and Keeping It Off

Becoming a mother was an incredible experience, but my pregnancy was anything but easy. I battled constant nausea, gestational diabetes, hip issues, and significant weight gain. To make matters worse, my emotional state was also suffering, and I felt like a shadow of my former self.


After my daughter's birth, I knew I needed to work on myself both physically and mentally, but the prospect seemed daunting. Nonetheless, I was determined to find my way back to the healthy, active person I used to be.


I've since lost over 70lbs and am back to playing soccer and boxing classes. The journey hasn't been easy, but it's taught me a lot about myself and what it takes to achieve long-term success. In particular, I've come to appreciate the importance of mindset and overall wellness. Learning how to talk to myself and focus on my mental wellbeing has been critical to achieving my physical goals.
